Thank you for reminding me about no attachment to the outcome. That in my right intention, of wanting to preserve and maintain my home, I plant the seed of asking for the help that is needed. Whether or not that help manifests, the seed of intention was good. It held gratefulness for the home when so many are fleeing from their homes. May all beings have shelter. It plants the seed of abundance as I ask for and believe help is ever present.
It is in planting the seeds that we grow and learn regardless of the material outcome. Yes, I so needed that reminder, blessed be.

Much gratitude to you for these video teachings and meditation practice, Susan. You continue to make such a difference in my life. I struggle with anxiety and depression and gain such insight from your teachings and peace and grounding from meditation with you. Just thought I’d let you know as you may not always realize/recognize the impact you make in so many lives on a daily basis.
    Blessings to you,
    Kathleen Louise
