Dear Open Heart Project,

Hello and I hope you are well and feeling strong.

Apart from all the perfectly good reasons we begin a meditation practice–to reduce stress, to become more patient, to manage health–ancient wisdom tells us there are three transformative qualities that will also arise. They are known as the three qualities of the awakened mind. Please have a listen to this short talk to learn more.

    Hello Susan, I’ve just signed up for the 6 days of Dharma Talks, this will be good for me, I’m trying to bounce back from a “Very Unexpected, &, Tragic Loss” I can’t be there Physically for my sister, (covid), but I’m sure The Message of Loving Kindness is Reaching Her, &, Her Husband, and People like you, &, the Open Heart Project, have given Me the Tools that I may need to see this Through……… Peace Be With You, During This Holiday Season
