The key to discipline (and happiness, love, and everything else)

Audio only version is here.
Hello wonderful meditator and even more wonderful human being.
If you are feeling great about the world and happy about the direction you are going in personally, I celebrate and applaud you! I also urge you to skip ahead to the meditation itself which begins at the 4:14 mark.
If you are feeling a bit more stressed than usual (or a lot more), today’s pre-meditation talk is for you. Before we sit (which is the best stress-reduction habit of all), I urge you, encourage you, beseech you!! to put this one particular discipline at the very top of your to-do list.
Love, Susan
PS Many of us are looking for an online home that will build us up, give us strength, and be a source of wisdom, compassion, and fearlessness. The Open Heart Project Sangha was created for you. It is a program within the OHP that delivers daily inspiration, special programs, a chance to dialog, and access to my archive of 1000+ videos. To encourage you to give it a try, I put together a special offer that is good until March 14. (Not March 7, as I may have said in the video.)
