Enjoying the magic series and applying daily in my life. Thank you Susan.
So glad to hear it, Joell. Love, S
It seems that “magic” dovetails with intention, awareness and being in the moment……thank you for all of your series……..:)
You are so welcome. xo S
Thank you very much for this, that was beautiful and very helpful!
And I had an insight: I have recently been trying more often to label thinking as “thinking”. But I guess I was actually trying to be too perfect about it, labeling every little sliver of thinking, so sometimes I was going “thinking” every few seconds, instead of when my mind really got “hooked” with something.
So glad it was helpful. And, yes, whatever we can do to relax within the inner environment (whether it is busy or peaceful) is good. Best wishes with your practice! With love, Susan
Your speech were fantastic with so much stringent and clear insights.
I have been listen at you for the last 8 years and so grateful ๐

Agreed! Wishing you well in all the practices. With love, Susan
My biggest take aways; not what I wear but how I wear it…not what I eat (I feel I’m focused too much on that these days!) but how I serve and eat it. Thank you, Susan.
This sounds so right, Sharron. xo Love, S
This magic series is so rich. Thank you, dear Susan. I am really excited to hear the secret magic. I am enjoying applying the first two so much. It just feels so beautiful.
So glad to hear this, Sandy! With love, Susan
