Audio only version is here.
Hello, wonderful humans. I am so happy we have a chance to sit together. The reason I always say this is because it is ALWAYS TRUE.
Before today’s 10-minute sit, I offer you some thoughts on the third paramita (or transcendent action), which is called “patience.”
If you think of yourself as someone who struggles with impatience, I truly hope that this short dharma talk will be useful. In it, I explain the one thing you and I could do RIGHT NOW to develop patience on the spot, no matter how trying our circumstances. Seriously. I’m not saying it’s easy, but it is simple.
If you consider yourself a patient person, I invite you to share what supports you to be patient. Use the comments section below. We live in a world that requires much patience. All insights are appreciated.
Enjoy!
With love,
Susan
