Hello, excellent meditator. Before this week’s practice, I have the delight of continuing to answer the questions you have submitted to me. This week’s question comes from two people:
Marsha: Recently, I’m experiencing anxiety and know that regular meditation helps, but am wondering if there are specific ways or techniques that help to ease the anxious mind and body.
Faith: Marsha’s comment resonated. I have a history of anxiety and moderate to severe panic attacks. Anything you can offer to assist with these feelings would be terrific. Specific chants, prayers, mantras??
Of course it is very easy to relate to these issues as I experience them too. In this video, I share with you a time I tried to treat a panic attack with tequila, which turned out not to be helpful. Then I tried something that did.
Enjoy!
Love, Susan
