Thank you. I really enjoyed listening to this interview. I was interested in your childhood religious practice. I have always been a Christian but find Buddhist teachings incredibly helpful. I sense a background essence or source and wonder if this represents a higher power or spirit. At the end of the day, I don’t really know and I suppose that is OK. Tracy
Tracy, I ‘m so glad you enjoyed this interview and encourage your (and my own) exploration of source. Wishing you well! xo S
