Hello, wonderful Open Heart Project. I hope you are finding sources of love and support during these unprecedented times.
According to Buddhist wisdom, when we suffer sorrows and anger, we may reflexively react in three ways that actually increase our suffering. They are called the 3 poisons. Bad news: they’re poisonous! Good news: They’re optional!
Please have a listen and let me know what you think. Or feel. Always happy to hear from you.
Much love,
Susan

Hello Susan,
Just a quick word of thanks for all your videos and wisdom. I have been watching and listening and meditating with you for several years now and it’s time to say ‘thank you’. I find your talks immensely helpful and energising. My heart goes out to you all in America. I live in the UK, and while we currently have the best government we could want, the situation is volatile. Europe and the world is volatile. So, the feeling of togetherness, strengthened by meaningful and deep wisdom, helping us to keep perspective is crucial.
Thank you, Susan.
Warm and heartfelt wishes,
Angela

So very happy to practice with you, Heather. With love, Susan
Hi Susan,
I so appreciate your nuanced teaching here; recognizing the poisons, naming and describing them…and also pointing out how complex actually dealing with them can be. Awareness seems ALWAYS to be the first step, and your reminder to follow up skillfully is so helpful. Thank you.
I appreciate every word of this, Lisa. <3 S
Thank you, Susan, for your wise words, again. I needed to hear this today. Peace and love, Dianna

Indeed grateful for this extraordinary community, and your wisdom & guidance🙏🏽 would you please share an app for timing meditations with such a lovely bell as the one you use? I have tried several & have not found one to work well for me.
Blessings~
Happy to! I use the Insight Timer app. <3
