Hello, wonderful person,
Before today’s practice, I share a few thoughts in response to a question I hear from you somewhat regularly: how to find a teacher? How do I know who and what to trust? Before today’s sit, I offer a few thoughts. Spoiler: there are no easy answers.
With love,

I hope to be trustworthy but I’m definitely not a capital T Teacher! xo S
I really do appreciate this, Susan. I found this video share/lesson very difficult to understand fully. yet I feel oddly more informed, guided and like it “get it” a little bit more. I guess the world is not really limited by my understanding or my ability to underhand it. Again, I so much appreciate your honesty and teaching.
Thank you so much for your honesty–the exploration you describe is the most valuable one there is. <3 S
Thank you, Susan, this was very helpful in further clarifiying what to look for in a (trustworthy) Teacher. I didn’t realize there was a difference between a lower case t teacher and a capital T Teacher, but I get it now.
Important distinction! Thanks for thinking it over. <3 S
