Hello, wonderful Open Heart Project. I hope you are well and I send you my love.
Before today’s sit, I share some thoughts about creating a shrine and why they are important. I also explain a bit about what is on mine and offer a few suggestions for creating your own, should you wish to.
Stay strong! Stay beautiful!
With love,
Susan

Thank you Susan! I got some good ideas to make my shrine more personal to me. I will make some additions, and what I have there will take on more significance. The biggest new thing I learned was about closing the shrine in the evening and tidying it up for the next morning. These things will increase the feeling of sacredness that I get when I sit in front of the shrine. Sending blessings to you.
So glad this was useful, Carol! ❤️
I love that you have Mahakala! I have him/her/them on a tee shirt

Thank you, Susan. Bless you and your beautiful cats.🙏
Thank you so much, Noreen. 💔
Thank you for bringing the essential element of sacredness to our practice, Susan. Also thank you for exhibiting the courage to be so vulnerable and honest, we need more of that in our world. I lost my mom in October and am learning to hold her priceless life lessons as a guiding principle in my life. May your precious babies do the same for you. Sending love from atx ❤️
Laurie, I’m so sorry for your loss. May the love you shared and share with your mother be a blessing always. Sending love to ATX. <3
Thank you. I really appreciate your videos. I am getting much from your podcast too.
so glad to hear it! <3
I enjoy having my alter/shrine. It is my sacred space and helps ground my practice.
