Greetings from Phoenix. Like the mythical bird, I am rising, seeking understanding and peace in these chaotic times. I am Jewish by birth and practice, have studied and followed Christianity for years, and now am embracing Buddhism as a personal philosophy. I became interested in Buddhism while reading Herman Hesse’s Siddhartha in the early 70s. Fifty years and many books later, I am a beginner in the study, eager to embrace it as best I can. I look forward to learning with you.
