Had an aha moment listening to Susan’s Newsletter about making offerings for our mediation practice. To offer my authentic self, strengths and weaknesses. Much more important than striving to be better, trying to be authentic and real. Also read a passage in a book by Cyndi Dale, Advanced Chakra Healing. (paraphrasing) We aren’t perfect, perfection leads to stagnation. If things were perfect there would be no striving, no growth, no distinction of personality, no motivation for love. There would be no need to look into the eyes of another; lover, child, friend, or an enemy, and bridge one heart to another.
Such a weight off my shoulders. I am fine just as I am.
