Hello, dear meditators. I think you are very brave. I think this because you are willing to look at your mind through the practice of meditation. Thank you.
As you may be aware, over the last six weeks, we have looked at each of the six paramitas, or transcendent actions. Today we look at the sixth, transcendent wisdom. Not possessing it (or at least not be aware of doing so), this week’s pre-meditation talk is short and sweet. But I do hope you’ll listen! This definition of wisdom is unlike anything I’d ever heard before.
With love,
Susan

I’m in central Washington state, just south of some wildfires. (Far enough away to be safe, but close enough to have unhealthy air quality.)
Feeling very distract-able. buzz buzz buzz
I liked this series on the paramitas, thank you.
I’m in rural Manawatu, in New Zealand. Today I’m feeling excited about a workshop I’m leading this evening and a bit stiff and sore from a hike I did yesterday – ‘good pain’, I think. Many thanks for your meditations and teachings. I really enjoy them.
Excellent! Glad we are practicing together.
I’m in Argentina, Patagonia and meditating with my cat on the lap.He already recognises the crochet blanket, my relaxed attitude and comes lazily walking towards me. It’s sort of a ritual for me too, getting ready for these moments which I love.
You are a huge inspiration for me and make meditation something I can include in my busy everyday life. Thanks!!
