Hello, wonderful Open Heart Project. I hope you are well and finding sources of love and support in your world and in your heart.
Before today’s sit, I share with you the reason (IMO) 99% of people who wish to meditate have difficulty with consistency. It simply cannot be so that 99% of people lack self-discipline! It must be something else. In this short talk, I suggest that you need three things to steady your practice–and knowing how to meditate is only one of them.

I’m happy to report that since I read your book Start Here Now I haven’t missed a day of meditation. That’s 106 days. It’s so important to me. I was always consistent with my exercise and diet but I didn’t know that I could work on my heart and mind. Now I do and I feel very fortunate. Thank you for everything you do ❤️
