Thanks for your guidance Susan you’re a steady inspiration in my life and are much appreciated.
You are so very welcome, Will. With love, S
I just love how you explain things and relate it to a real-life example from something you’ve experienced. Thanks for being you Susie P ;).
Best compliment ever! Thank you, Allison. <3 S
Thank you, Susan, for this reminder about the complexities with “right speech”. I just got back from 6 days with my grandsons (9 yrs and 2 who are each 6 1/2). Over-all it was fun, loving and exhausting. But, now after listening to you, I think I could have been more aware of my communication in ways that would have been more respectful and nourishing for them. I don’t think they would say I was harsh, but I think as adults we have such incredible influence/power with little ones that can bring forth a nurturing result or a powerful one. How to communicate in loving ways with guidance, vs controlling ways is quite a delicate & tricky dance!! Thank you always for your teachings.
Well said, Betsy. All we can do is try to take these teachings into the next situation as best as we can!
Thank you, Allison, for such support and encouragement.
They are lucky to have you for a grandma, Betsy. Love, S
Oh, Susan, your comment means so much to me. Thank you so much!!
Ha! Just realized that my above post was a reflection for the previous video on “right communication”. I forgot that I had gone back to that one before listening to “right action”. However, to continue “my story” I think I did have “right intention” in my communication with my grandsons! Thank you for that teaching as well! Love, Betsy
got it! xo s
