Patience…and working with emotion on the cushion.

Hello and welcome to your practice. I am very happy to practice with you. Before today’s 10 minute sit, I share a few thoughts about the meaning of patience and how to hold your mind in difficult situations so that your patience does not run out.
You may notice that I start to cry during this meditation. It just so happened that I started missing my father who passed away a few years ago. These things happen, don’t they? It is totally possible to meditate when emotions arise and I decided to keep this practice (rather than starting over) as an example.
If you are grieving, my heart goes out to you!
Let me hear your thoughts and reflections.
Love, Susan
