    So true! Meditation softens your heart to others. And there’s so much power in doing it with other people. I was in a morning group for two months and it turbo-charged my days with energy and equanimity. Since then I haven’t practiced once. Sad, but the idea that my group might be waiting for me to start was a huge motivator.

    And thank you so much, Susan, for teaching me at your writer’s retreats the style of meditation I now do exclusively. Before that I fiddled about with different techniques. So much better to deepen one.
