The point of meditation practice (if there is one) is not necessarily to become great at meditation—it is to become great at your life. The practice creates a mind that is flexible, tender, and powerful. We become more adept at expressing ourselves honestly, dealing with conflict, and treating others with respect.
However, the area of life that seems most difficult to bring these qualities to bear is the area that, for many, is most important: relationships. To help us all, I invited wonderful teacher and awesome human being Nick Kranz to lead us in a four-week exploration of how to bring the dharma into our love lives.
Whether you are single, attached, falling in love, or going through a break-up, this program can help you to give and receive love more honestly, communicate more clearly with people you love, and become more discerning, no matter where you are—or wish to be—in the relationship cycle.
I hope you’ll consider this special program.
Love, Susan
