HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY!

It’s been one year since we launched the Mommy Sangha. We have gathered such a wonderful international community of mothers — stepmothers, grandmothers, adoptive mothers, foster mothers, mothers of newborns, infants, toddlers, kids and teens — and I have loved meeting with the Mommy Sangha each week to practice together and support one another. The wisdom inherent in a group of women who value compassion, wakefulness, and community is deep and boundless.

Please join me for a free 45-minute call to celebrate the Mommy Sangha’s one year anniversary at 2:30p.m. EST on March 8th. I can think of no better day to celebrate mothers’ (all mothers’) inherent badassery and to discuss how to “show up” for ourselves and one another.
