About a month ago, I started something small—just a gentle experiment, really. It was a response to the ache and intensity of simply being human right now. I called it the Sunday Sanity Summit, and the idea was simple: let’s gather, reflect, and support each other through it all.
What began as a trial has quietly grown into something much more—a space of real connection and shared humanity. People have shown up so beautifully. Here are few reflections that have touched me:
(The Summit) allows me to get to know people in a meaningful way which creates a stronger sense of community… There are no strangers—the details are different, but we share fears, worries, hopes, and dreams. – Beth
It’s not only a grounding practice but a way to feel less alone… It has become a weekly touchstone. – Gail
Today was my first time attending, and I already want to keep going. I’d be grateful to be part of the group for as long as it continues. – Sandra
If you want to see what this is all about, please come to a free info session where I will go into depth about what makes this weekly gathering so powerful

If you can’t attend live, you’ll receive a link to the recording.
I hope to see you there.
