Hello, excellent Open Heart Project.

Before today’s sit, I offer you a super short gratitude practice that you can do when you wake up. I do this every morning, usually before I even open my eyes. It only takes about 10 seconds, but I find it to be quite powerful. It enables me to “set” my mind and enter the day with a sense of calm, ready to encounter magic.
