The meditation begins at 12:46
Audio only version is here.

Hello, Open Heart Project meditator. Happy Monday! Or Tuesday or whatever day it may be for you right now.

Before today’s meditation, I take us through an overview of the third step along the Buddhist eight-fold path, Right Speech. (In the last two weeks, we looked at step one: Right View and step two: Right Intention and you are more than welcome to go back and watch those if you missed them–however, it is totally not necessary.)

Perhaps ironically, I talked a lot about Right Speech. This little talk is longer than usual! If you’re in a hurry, just skip ahead to 12:46 so you can get right to the meditation. (This is by far the most important thing.) Nonetheless, in this talk, I shared with you the 3 aspects of Right Speech and a story about something I did that fully encapsulated Wrong Speech. Enjoy!

With love, Susan

PS My keys were in the trashcan. (If you listen to the talk, you’ll understand why I say this.)
