I am very happy to practice with you. Happy new year! Today marks the first day of a new year according to the Tibetan Buddhist calendar. Welcome to the year of the female fire bird. Before today’s sit, I say a few words about what this might mean.
And I’m in a new space! This was the first video I made in my office.
