Meditation practice begins at 5:59

Hello there,

This week, we review the last of the four immeasurable qualities: equanimity. We’ve already spoken about the first three:  Loving kindness and Compassion and Sympathetic Joy.

The final “immeasurable” is the all-important equanimity. The first three have a very distinct sense of warmth while equanimity can convey something cooler sense–which is perfect. Please have a listen to hear more.

Sending so much love. You got this.

Love, Susan

    Hi , Susan.

Casey, from Albuquerque, NM. I am currently a part of the SHAMBALA course and you kindly fielded a question I posed several weeks ago. How prophetic your words became in helping me ride the waves of recent sharing that happened with a new friendship taking shape in my life. My question touched on how to respect/allow “overwhelming elements” when they are arrive. Please know my gratitude for that brief and significant exchange you offered just three and a half weeks ago.

Also, thank you for these recent teachings on the Four Immeasurables. A return to grounding basics that touched my hearing with freshness in these present moments of my living.
