Each online retreat will begin on a Friday afternoon and end Sunday afternoon (ET). We will practice a lot of meditation and also go over our other core practices: gratitude, daily practice, the five sacred acts that bring mindfulness into everyday life, and the foundational principles that fuel the spiritual path. This is a chance to connect with each other and share what is going well and what is challenging. As a community, we will take time out of our normal busy-ness to reconsider who we are, what is important, and how to recenter our highest priorities within everyday life.
If you can join live, great! If not, each session will be recorded so you can log in at the time that works for you.
