Meditation and Creativity Retreat Day – February 20

with Susan Piver & Crystal Gandrud

February 20 @ 11:00 am - 4:00 pm ET

FREE for Open Heart Project Sangha members. Click here to join the Sangha.

You are a creative person. You long for the time and focus to explore your project, whether it be writing, music, painting, crafting, cooking, or—the most creative project of all—exploring your inner world. But somehow, even when we are largely confined to our homes, it is still not easy.

Fear not! In 2021, the OHP is hosting three day-long creativity retreats/gatherings, guided by Crystal Gandrud and myself. (All dates are below.)

But we don’t want to limit ourselves to three days out of the year. We know (because you told us!) that you want to keep this work going every time we do it. So in the in-between months, there will be peer-led gatherings that follow the same exact format as the retreat.

The format is:

Meditation Practice and discussion (30-45 minutes)
Personal creativity time to work on your project (120 minutes)
Meditation practice (30 minutes)
Personal creativity time to work on your project (90 minutes)
Closing discussion (30-45 minutes)

2021 Dates:

February 20 (with Susan and Crystal)
March 27 (peer-led)
April 24 (peer-led)
May 29 (peer-led)
June 26 (with Susan and Crystal)
July 31 (peer-led)
August 28 (peer-led)
September 25 (peer-led)
October 30 (with Susan and Crystal)
November 27 (peer-led)
December 4 (peer-led)

Open to all. Please note that the majority of time will be spent working “alone together” rather than doing creativity exercises. These days are about getting some work done! Bring your ideas, works-in-progress, or simply your wish to devote attention to your creativity.

Time

11:00 am – 4:00 pm ET
