DESCRIPTION:Free Info session March 26\, 6 pm ET\nRegister here \nWhen people ask me how to deepen their meditation practice\, I almost always suggest a meditation retreat. When you step away from the busy-ness of daily life\, you simply see more clearly.\n\nThat said\, meditating for extended periods can seem a little bit scary. (Will I be able to do it? What if I can’t?) However\, millions of people over the centuries have done this. During this info session\, we will explore what really happens on a meditation retreat and the profound benefits that can follow. \nI’ll also be available to answer any questions about the week long retreat I’m leading this summer at Drala Mountain Center\, August 25-Sept. 1.
