DESCRIPTION:Drala Mountain Center \nIn these turbulent times\, how do we live with wisdom\, compassion\, and courageous clarity? Join me and Michael Carroll for a week-long retreat dedicated to bringing the heart of practice off the cushion and into everyday life. Together we’ll explore what it means to embody the bodhisattva path now — through meditation\, community\, deep inquiry\, and discussion about sustaining an open heart in the world. \nWe’ll study the six paramitas\, clarify true compassion vs. “idiot” compassion\, strengthen resilience\, and learn practices that help us stay awake and engaged with suffering — our own and others’.
