It was a response to the ache and intensity of simply being human right now. I called it the Sunday Sanity Summit\, and the idea was simple: let’s gather\, reflect\, and support each other through it all. \nWhat began as a trial has quietly grown into something much more—a space of real connection and shared humanity. People have shown up so beautifully. Here are few reflections that have touched me: \n(The Summit) allows me to get to know people in a meaningful way which creates a stronger sense of community… There are no strangers—the details are different\, but we share fears\, worries\, hopes\, and dreams. – Beth \nIt’s not only a grounding practice but a way to feel less alone… It has become a weekly touchstone. – Gail \nToday was my first time attending\, and I already want to keep going.
