DESCRIPTION:Register here for the free 60-minute info session.\nHow to bring more sanity to the world\nApril 15\n6pm – 7pm ET\nAt this time of uncertainty\, it can be difficult to imagine what you or I could do to stem the tide of pain and anger. While it’s true that we can’t mandate a positive direction for the events of the world\, we can mandate a positive direction for our world. We can settle our minds. We can order our environment. We can express care for those we encounter; for our loved ones\, friends\, neighbors\, communities. We can actually–slowly\, slowly–do our part to shift the balance away from insanity and cruelty to sanity and decency.  \nIt seems that it begins by reestablishing agency within our own minds and hearts. Rather than having our attention yanked hither and yon by social media\, news apps\, and the constant invitation to freak out\, we can decide when and what to pay attention to. In this way\, our actions to create real change come from a place of strength rather than desperation. \nIf this sounds like some kind of magic\, that is because it is. The magic of remaining awake. Of continuing to care. Of continuing to move forward against very strong currents of hatred and confusion.
