DESCRIPTION:February 27 is Buddhist new year\, a date that ushers in a new energy cycle. I know we are ready for some fresh energy!\nOn this 60-minute free call\, we will discuss ways to enter the new year with ease\, balance\, and energy. I’ll share with you five steps you can take to not bite the Trump hook\, as I know so many of us are struggling with anxiety\, fear\, and anger. This is an important time and I want to offer you what I can to help\, no matter what your political affiliation.
