SUMMARY:The One Heart: An Exploration of the Journey Toward True Intimacy in Relationships
DESCRIPTION:ABOUT\n\nThe point of meditation practice (if there is one) is not necessarily to become great at meditation—it is to become great at your life. The practice creates a mind that is flexible\, tender\, and powerful. We become more adept at expressing ourselves honestly\, dealing with conflict\, and treating others with respect. \nHowever\, the area of life that seems most difficult to bring these qualities to bear is the area that\, for many\, is most important: relationships.
