Dear Open Heart Project,

I hope you are well and safe and that your loved ones are, too. Please stay in touch and let me know how I can be helpful during this unprecedented time.

Before this week’s meditation, I offer some thoughts on the fourth paramita (or transcendent action), exertion or energy. You may be feeling a lot of energy right now, or none. Your physical, emotional, and spiritual energy may feel charged or obscured–or, if you’re like me, all of the above. Please listen to this week’s video for some ideas into how to keep your energy strong and steady.

Please remember that the Open Heart Project is offering four live meditation gatherings per day, Monday-Friday. All the details are here. The 3rd sitting is in Spanish.
